Gizem Yıldız

Gizem Yıldız has extensive experience in a wide range of banking, finance, and capital markets law matters, including IPOs, venture capital transactions, the formation and operation of real estate investment funds, regulatory compliance and licensing of brokerage firms and investment banks, as well as legal issues surrounding crypto assets. Her practice also covers advising on complex transactional structures, regulatory filings, and day-to-day legal matters faced by financial institutions and capital markets participants. She is highly experienced in commercial litigation and real estate matters.

She holds an LL.B. degree from Marmara University, School of Law.

She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
