Corporate Governance Online Training Program Took Place

“Corporate Governance Preparation of Companies in Public Offering Processes” online training program organized by Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD) took place on 18th of November 2022 with the attendance of Yalçın Özge Okat, Okat Law partner. Yalçın Özge Okat talked about the advantages of public offerings and the preparation phase of initial offerings in the first session. The second session will consist of a deeper understanding of initial offerings and Mr. Okat presented the topics “Initial acquaintance with investors and regulatory authorities” and “Obligations of listed companies”.
