Irmak Dikmen has extensive experience in initial public offerings (IPOs), cross-border financing transactions, ISDA transactions, initial coin offerings, various projects regarding venture capital investments, real estate funds, brokerage companies, portfolio management companies, investment banks, crypto asset service providers, activities of public companies, as well as Capital Markets Board and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency applications. Her practice focuses on banking and finance, capital markets, crypto assets and corporate law.
Irmak Dikmen holds an honors LLB degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
She is fluent in English.
She is a member of Istanbul Bar Association.
