Şevval Karakuş

Şevval Karakuş has extensive 6 years of experience in equity transactions including initial public offerings (IPOs), debt offerings, various projects of public companies, brokerage houses as well as Capital Markets Board applications; corporate matters and M&A transactions. Her practice focuses on Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate, M&A.
She holds an L.L.B. degree from Kocaeli University, School of Law. In additional, she received her LL.M. in Private Law from Kadir Has University, where she completed her master’s thesis on “The Right of Exit under Article 24 of the Capital Markets Law.”
She is fluent in English.
She is a member of Istanbul Bar Association.
