Yaşar Tarık Okatan has extensive experience in corporate law matters, Capital Markets Board and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency applications and initial public offering transactions. His practice focuses on corporate law, financial M&As, capital markets and real estate law.
Yaşar Tarık Okatan graduated with honors from Marmara University Faculty of Law. He continues to write his thesis for his master's degree from Georg-August Göttingen University in the field of "International and European Intellectual Property and IT Law". He expects to graduate with high honors in 2024. He has previously gained experience at a leading law Firm in Istanbul. He is a notary public sworn English translator.
He is a member of Istanbul Bar Association.
